Are you a 麻豆传媒AV graduate, and don't have an alumni card? Enrolment Services can provide you with a one. Your first Alumni card is provided with no charge.
The 麻豆传媒AV Alumni Card is a permanent card that gives Alumni access to a range of on-campus services and discounts, including use of the College Library, an alumni rate on all 麻豆传媒AV performing arts shows and athletic events, and a discount at the 麻豆传媒AV Vision Centre at the David Lam Campus.
Sign into your with your 麻豆传媒AV Student ID Number and PIN to request your ID card online. The Student ID Card request form is available under the Personal Information Menu in a student鈥檚 myAccount page and is titled 鈥淪tudent ID Cards鈥. Please check off 鈥淎lumni Card鈥 in the webform.
You can now pre-order your ID card online through myAccount and arrange for pick-up at the campus of your choice.鈥
Replacement card cost is $20.00.
